How do I get my Login to Skyhost?
You get the username and password for Skyhost in your order confirmation, which is sent via e-mail
How do I log on to Skyhost?
Click on the "Login" button at the top of the website and select "web portal" - enter username and password.
I have forgotton my login
How do I register a Skyhost GPS device?
Select "support" and then click on "account registration". You will now be guided through the registration process - Important! – to register a device, you must use the GPS device's IMEI number (found on the device or its box)
How do I change my account information?
When you are logged into the SkyHost Web portal, you can change your account information, change passwords and top up SMS credit under "setup-> account".
Can I change my information to the control center myself?
YES – when you are logged into the Skyhost Web portal, under "setup-> trackers" you can press the "open" button next to information for the control center. You then have the option to edit the information. When you press "save", you and the control center will receive a new copy with the edited information
